Charges

My standard charge for individuals is £55.00

Couples counselling costs £70.00

Frequency and Number of Sessions

Sessions are usually weekly but in our first session we can discuss how often we will meet. This is something we can agree together. I do not specify a minimum or maximum number of sessions. Some people find that they only need a few sessions. Others will see me for a longer period of time. Generally appointments are at the same time each week but if you work shifts this can usually be accommodated. Sessions last an hour.

This will be an opportunity to talk about what you are looking for from counselling and how I can help. It is also a chance for us to get to know each other a bit and gauge whether we would be a good fit. If you decide to go ahead, we can make arrangements.

Availability

I see clients from my comfortable, quiet consulting room in Harborne (B17). I offer daytime and evening appointments. I currently have appointments available and run a waitlist for those for whom the current slots are not suitable. Generally, if there is a suitable slot available, I will be able to see you within a week.
